EvergreenHealth and EvergreenHealth Monroe are proudly independent, public hospital districts.
As a community-owned hospital system comprised of two independent, public hospital districts, we are here not only to serve you with the most advanced care, technology and techniques but to ensure we continue to meet the needs of the growing and ever-changing Eastside community we serve.
Guided by our Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values, it is our responsibility to understand and remain abreast of the changing and growing health care needs specific to the patient population in our region – keeping us nimble in our ability to respond to those changing needs on a local level. We do this by partnering with King and Snohomish Counties and others to ensure our services and growth is data-driven and care insufficiencies are addressed through community health needs assessments, and other third-party data that informs how we best serve you today and in the future.
Today, EvergreenHealth offers convenient access to over 70 clinical specialties at EvergreenHealth in Kirkland and EvergreenHealth Monroe, as well as specialty, urgent and primary care practices across King and Snohomish counties. As we evolve alongside our growing community, we continue to strategize our growth and expand our free and low-cost services to ensure everyone in our community has equal access to health care and wellness resources, along with education programs to promote healthy living.
Micro
Provides individual and group therapy in office co-located with primary care and other specialty clinics.
Asses patient's psychosocial needs and create plan of care.
Provided crisis intervention and mental health assessments.
Refer patients out as appropriate.
Provide individual therapy to youth and adults with mild to moderate mental health symptoms.
Provided psychoeducation and behavioral interventions.
Collaborate with treatment team (other therapists, psychiatric provider, and primary care providers)
