This year, Swedish Medical Center is offering one placement at its First Hill campus covering an inpatient surgical/telemtry unit. This internship will provide the opportunity to work with diverse populations, diagnoses, and treatment on a unit with heavy psychosocial needs. This role includes psychosocial assessments and complex discharge planning for adult patients to skilled nursing facilities, home with home health, and long-term care settings.

Shift: Days, 8:00am – 4:30pm
