Thorndyke Elementary is an Elementary school within the Tukwila School District just down the road from the Southcenter mall. We have an amazing school community comprised of students and families from all over the World that speak over thirty different languages. We are a Title 1 school and have approximately 90% of our students receiving free and reduced lunch. Our current population of unhoused families is over 20%. I have been the School Social Worker here at Thorndyke for 21 years and plan to continue to be for another 21 years. I absolutely love this community and know that you will too!
