I am currently looking for a first year practicum student to help me create a plan to expand into research specifically opening up a research institute for gender affirming psychotherapy.

Advanced practicum students can attend policy workgroups on behalf of the organization for relevant policy changes.

Advanced practicum students are given a generous budget with requirement for training and certification in modalities.
Required Experience
I would like to host a first year practicum student ideally with experience working in research or someone who is interested in getting into research. Some experience in the field of social work desired but not required. You must be an independent learner. This will be primarily if not completely online. You must also be willing to learn effective time management skills in order to incorporate wellness time for yourself to prevent burn out as that is an integral part of my practice.
