Description

Northpoint Recovery has provided a range of comprehensive treatment programs for behavioral health conditions in our treatment centers in the Pacific Northwest United States. Northpoint Seattle offers a variety of outpatient treatment programs for adults and teens suffering from mental health issues and addictions. If you’re seeking care for yourself, someone you love, or a patient, we can help. We are here for you.

Our flexible treatment programs offer our clients the tools they need to complete their family and work commitments while they receive useful treatment strategies.

  • Stay at home and return to our treatment center several times a week for treatment
  • Treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of individuals battling addiction
  • 10-30 hours weekly of scheduled treatment
  • Treatment for many substance use disorders and any mental health concerns that may be causing your addiction, such as anxiety or depression

Micro

• Individual case supervision
• Complete documentation in a timely manner, as required by policies and procedures
• Complete biopsychosocial histories and treatment plans under the direction of clinical leadership
• Engage in individual and family counseling under the direction and supervision of clinical leadership
• Assist in discharge planning
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned

Mezzo

• Facilitate, under the direction of counseling staff, education and process groups
• Aid in curriculum development and implementation as appropriate
• Assist with patient interventions and retention
• Oversee and participate in the quality assurance and compliance activities of the facility

Macro

• Provide innovative solutions and ideas for community outreach
• Implement communication strategies to continue to involve the alumni network
• Participate in Northpoint events and networking

Additional Perks or Funding

Can provide supervision DOH approved hours for an SUDPT.

Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
• Must be seeking relevant licensure in state where services are rendered to meet the standards and requirements at
the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Minimum of 1 (one) year experience in relevant field
• Ability to work with a diverse population and possess strong interpersonal skills required for interacting with
patients in our care
• Must hold strong personal boundaries and able to build rapport with patients
• Must understand and adhere to the ethical standards of the respective licensure governing board

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS:
• Must be seeking licensure in the state where services are rendered
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Must maintain current nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Completion of a tuberculin screening during first week of employment
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and upon reasonable suspicion of use
• Completion of new employee orientation and required paperwork prior to reporting to work, including
acknowledgment of all Company policies
• Demonstrated computer literacy
• Completion of CPR/First Aid Training within first 90 days of employment
• Attendance at all mandatory staff development and training
• Completion of background and professional reference checks
• Completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check
