Description
Bailey Boushay Outpatient Program works with folks who are HIV positive, with the main goal of supporting medication adherence and undetectable viral loads through our medication management program. In order to support this goal, we provide a wide variety of services including: a day program, food, mental health support, harm reduction practices, emergency shelter services, medical and nursing care. Our biggest area of support has become our housing program, including our Rental Assistance Program and coordination with placement into supportive housing programs.
Micro
Housing case management, housing referrals to supportive housing, housing assessments, housing placements with the Rental Assistance Program, work around housing stabilization, Milieu management, harm reduction practices, de-escalation skills.

Working with community partners in referral process around housing placements
Macro
Working with King County Housing Regional Homelessness Authority, working with Northwest Justice Program around housing, and Federal HIV funding through varies Ryan White Programs
