Elementary counseling

Micro

work with students to help with social/emotional needs

Mezzo

lead social/emotional group lessons in classroom, small educational groups

Macro

work with all staff to implement social/emotional learning and strategies to help teachers implement tier 1 interventions

Required Experience

Experience working with children and families.
Experience providing solution-focused counseling.
Crisis intervention skills.
Leadership skills.
Experience with diverse populations.
School experience preferred.
