Description
DAWN supports, empowers and shelters survivors of domestic abuse in South King County and helps to keep us all safe by educating our community to respond to and prevent violence. We envision a community that commits to the belief that violence is preventable and takes shared responsibility and united action to create a more peaceful place to live for us all.
We provide Community-Based Advocacy, Mental Health Services, Support Groups, 24/7 Advocacy Support Line, and Shelter.
Micro
Individual advocacy and mental health services; support group facilitation; crisis intervention and resource offering through the 24/7 Advocacy Support Line.
Mezzo
Program development and feedback; Policy advocacy; Grant writing.
