Description

LICSW-owned & operated private practice expanding services to reduce isolation and other barriers to wellness. Specializing in trauma survivors, including veterans and people who identify as LBGQT and neurodivergence.

 

Micro

Review registrations and offer 15-minute complementary video sessions for clients who refer themselves for Real Relationship Resource (RRR)
Motivational interviewing for RRR clients to determine what they are looking for in a life partner and to identify barriers to establishing and maintaining a healthy long-term relationship to develop an RRR client care plan, which includes RRR online classes. chats and in-person monthly socials and skills workshops.

Mezzo

Co-facilitate the Real Heal Therapy psychoeducation groups for up to 10 adults both in person & online.
Co-teach RRR online classess and monitor the attendees chat for appropriatness.

Macro

Program development for IOP and crisis care for adults with trauma as part of the Real Heal 3-year plan under the direction of the Founder.
Contribute to policy & curriculum development.
Collect data on how services improve wellness and reduce illness.

Required Experience

Strong social skills. Knowledge of adult learning. Interest in program development. Teaching or group facilitation experience preferred.
