Through Early LearningPediatric Therapy, and Family Enrichment programs for children ages 0-8 and their families, Encompass has given thousands of children the foundation they need to get the right start—and thrive for a lifetime.

With locations in Snoqualmie, North Bend, and Carnation, plus a host of programs offered at community locations and in the home, Encompass supports children and families across the Snoqualmie Valley and greater Eastside.

Micro

Interns participate in individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, 1:1 parent coaching and weekly individual supervision.

Mezzo

Interns participate in weekly team meetings and Lunch and Learn workshops and monthly consultations with OTs, SLPs and Behavioral Health therapists. Interns will work collaboratively with preschool teachers and assistants to provide services for kids in Encompass's preschool setting. Consultation opportunities will also be provided with our early intervention team.

Macro

Interns will participate in community advocacy meetings and parent/teacher workshops for local elementary schools and the police department.

Additional Perks or Funding

Free training on a variety of topics. Experience working with a dynamic, collaborative team of OTs, SLPs, Social Workers and LMFTs.

Required Experience

2nd year students only. Bilingual a plus.
