Infinitely Well promotes and provides holistic mental wellness services, classes, and products by BIPOC practitioners to communities of color.
Are you a Black, Brown, or Indigenous Person of Color considering a social work career in private practice? Interested in learning the in's and out's of what goes on behind the scenes of managing a practice? Are you passionate about health, nutrition and wellness in communities of color? We provide culturally sensitive clinical social work services and support clients to work through difficulties from a holistic stand point. The selected applicants will assist with this work while learning invaluable clinical and private practice management business skills. Interns will learn to deliver strengths based and client centered therapy with adult and adolescent individuals and groups.
Micro
Skill-building in outreach, engagement, interviewing, assessment, goal-planning, interventions, and evaluation of practice at the individual level; Case management and record maintenance; Prepare documentation and reports. Administrative duties including but not limited to: answering phone calls and email correspondence, scheduling, billing and invoicing.
Mezzo
Assist with planning, organizing and co-facilitating consultation and processing groups; support with staffing meetings. Create flyers and marketing content. Coordinate meetings and events with a multidisciplinary team of health and wellness providers, and community partners.
Macro
Program and service planning and evaluation, marketing, budget analysis, community outreach and organizing, advocacy, coalition building, grant writing, and opportunities for professional development within organizations and communities.

Required Experience
The ideal applicant is a student of color who is a self starter who is eager to learn; flexible; creative; organized; dependable; detail oriented; able to work autonomously and under pressure; and is culturally competent and conscious. 2nd year MSW students must have assessment and interviewing experience. Experience and/or interest in topics related to: nutrition, health and wellness, community building, social justice and advocacy, and art are a plus! Must have computer and internet access. Must pass a background check, and sign privacy, confidentiality and intellectual property clause agreements.
