Description
Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization providing a full range of inpatient, outpatient, and residential behavioral health services for children, adults and families.
We serve more than 5,600 clients each year and employ more than 600 caring professionals, who provide hope and healing when it’s needed most.
KMHS became a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in 2023. As a CCBHC, we are working to expand access to high-quality care, be responsive to the community’s needs, coordinate behavioral and physical health care, and meaningfully involve clients and their families in clients’ care and the overall direction of KMHS.
PACT Teams consist of a multidisciplinary team assisting adults to meet their basic needs, such as those related to housing, employment, social connection in the community, and setting and meeting personal goals. Each person has their own individual treatment plan that can include medication management, health and services care coordination, evidence-based therapies, peer support, crisis intervention plans, and treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions. PACT’s treatment team consists of Master’s and Bachelor's Level Behavioral Health Specialists, Medical Provider, Nurse, Substance Use Disorder Specialist, Care Coordinators, and Peer Counselor.
