Description
ARCH is a partnership of the County and East King County Cities working to preserve and increase the supply of housing for low and moderate income households in the region.
Micro
1. Assist with the administration of the ARCH Homeownership program, including review of applications against program policies and evaluation criteria; help prepare closing documents; and assist staff with annual compliance efforts to ensure program criteria are met.
2. Conduct outreach to HOA boards that serve ARCH homeowners to build rapport and communication and identify updated contact information.
3. Assist with handling requests from the public, including in-person, phone calls and emails.
Mezzo
1. Collaborate with staff to bolster and implement foreclosure prevention strategies.
2. Work with homeownership team to implement affirmative fair marketing strategies to increase homeownership for underrepresented communities. This may include presenting information and/or coordinating events to potential buyers.
3. Inputting information and running reports in the program database (Salesforce HomeKeeper).
4. Collaborate with team members to gather, analyze, and present data to support program development and decision-making processes.
Macro
1. Work with homeownership team to implement affirmative fair marketing strategies to increase homeownership for underrepresented communities.
2. Participate in policy meetings related to affordable housing with external partners.
3. Conduct research on topics related to affordable homeownership.
4. Other duties as assigned.
Additional Perks or Funding
Compensation is $22-24 hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Includes paid sick time.
This position will be hybrid, with one day a week working from home and two in person in the ARCH office at the Together Center in Redmond.
Required Experience
Desired candidates will have strong organizational skills, analytical and writing skills, data and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work relatively independently in a professional setting with significant public interaction. The ideal candidate will share a passion for creating equitable communities and be able to work in a team environment. Experience working within the real of affordable housing is a plus.
