Description

Teleo is a virtual therapy platform for children that makes remote therapy more engaging for clients and easier to facilitate for therapists. Therapists, kids, and caregivers love Teleo, and we now have over 850 practices on our platform.

LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:

Learn about the intersection of clinical innovation and tech with us! The research coordinator will support Teleo's partnership with Stanford Children's Hospital to recruit, support, and organize study participants for an IRB-approved study measuring the effectiveness of engaging tools to enhance telehealth with kids and teens.

Micro

Microskills will be used to meet directly with study participants, build rapport, educate and offer anticipatory guidance.

Mezzo

-Curriculum development
-Building out support resources for participants

Macro

Participating in research that will inform the future of telehealth mental health services for youth.

Required Experience

We are looking for students who:
- Is interested in learning about how technology can be used to improve care access and quality.
- Passion for improving child and teen mental health outcome
- Exposure to and respect for a wide variety of therapy approaches and techniques
